Summary

Holland, late 1970s: With her parents in the middle of a fiercely contested divorce--preoccupied, like so many others of the Me Generation, with 'finding themselves'--there's no one around to pay attention to 14-year-old Heleen as she undergoes the awkward, occasionally painful transformation from girl to woman.
