Summary
“The Shelter” deals with eight year old Ane. In her imaginary world, she shuts out a gloomy and noisy reality. Her dream-world consists of colour and music, but it is vulnerable. We see Ane playing with a hermit crab and are fascinated by the crab changing its shell. Ane’s friend is finally released, with his colourful shelter.
When parents fight and argue, they usually forget that it isolates their children.
